Vendor Opportunity
For only $35.00 you can rent a 6 foot vendor space to sell or advertise your
home based business. We provide your table and chair for your space. You will
need to decorate your table to represent your business. You may have
someone there the whole time or you can just set up the table and leave
brochures. This will depend on your resources.

The volunteer and consignor pre-sales will take place on Thursday evening. If
you decide to become a vendor, you may set up on Wednesday afternoon or
Thursday morning prior to the pre-sales.

The entire event (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) is $35.00 If you are
interested in becoming a vendor, please request a registration form via email:
sales@anniesconsignexpo.com.

Registration forms and payment must be submitted prior to the event. Space
is provided on a first come basis and no two vendors will be selling from the
same company. Please register early to ensure you are the first to sell your
type of item/service.

To attract shoppers to your booth it is advisable to hold a raffle. As shoppers
enter their information for a giveaway, it's an excellent way to build your
mailing list. We encourage giveaways to be valued at $25 or more. Please
remember to have registration slips, pens and a box for the slips at your
booth. Another way to draw the shoppers is to offer samples or offer novelty
freebies.

To encourage shoppers to visit your table, we will provide a card on Friday
and Saturday, that the customers will bring around to each table to be
punched/signed by each vendor. At the time of checkout, if they have visited
all vendors, they may pull from a fishbowl with a chance at receiving $1.00 –
$5.00 off their purchase. This way, we "encourage" each shopper to visit YOU!

Miscellaneous:
• Our facility is a non-smoking facility.
• The facility has drink and snack machines, you may want to pack some food
and drink items.
• As a vendor, please do not bring children to the event.
• Annie’s Kid Consignment Expo is not responsible for your space or items in
your space. If you leave your space unattended, please secure your items and
money.
• As you will decorate your table, you will not be able to place tape on the
wall.
• Leave your items out overnight as the facility will be secured.
• Please be at your table before the doors open to the public. We receive
quite a bit of traffic on Friday morning.
